If students have to pay, expectations should rise

While I am not against paying $15 for decent seats to see our team play, this does mean that expectations should be higher. Despite student fees in the past going toward athletics, I guess we could consider ourselves paying fans starting this season. This should mean that the same courtesy school and stadium officials extend to paying fans should be extended to those of us in the student section.

I now expect that ushers kick out/remove those drunken morons who feel the need to push those of us over so they can sit 50 to a row. I also expect ushers to browse the aisle and kick out those drunken morons who feel the need to get additionally sloshed through imported booze neatly poured from warm ziplocs stuffed away in overly made-up females.

As a paying fan, I now have expectations.
