The Interview and Selection Process
All three publications seek the very best people to fill every staff position. Applicants should be aware that both objective and subjective criteria are used for considering qualifications. All materials submitted in support of your application should be typed, accurate, complete, and present your qualifications and interest in the most favorable way possible.
If your application materials indicate that you may be qualified for one or more positions which are open, you will be contacted by phone or mail and an interview will be scheduled. Because of the limited time available and the number of applicants who may be considered, be prepared to precisely and concisely present yourself as the best candidate for the position.
Successful candidates will be notified as soon as decisions are made. Applications of unsuccessful candidates will be held for one semester and considered when other positions become open.
